Onwards and Upwards!

Hello everyone!
Wow, what a crazy couple of days I've had. I turned 30, my daughter was violently ill, then, passed it onto me...I also registered for school that starts in less than 2 months and am anxiously awaiting news of my financial aid. Because, without it, I can't go. So, keep your fingers crossed for me!

I'm also re-evaluating many of my thoughts and emotions. I know in recent months I've had my share of depressing, melancholy posts about trust, lost friendships and sadness. Those are pretty much behind me now and I look at myself on this day and think, "I can do/be/say/think anything I want." The old me is dead and buried. And, that is a good thing. Because the old me, well, she was too sensitive, she hurt too much, she couldn't handle rejection. She dwelled on the past and didn't look towards the future (or even, the present) nearly enough. But now, I am moving on. Get ready for a whole new woman! Haha!

And, as always, thanks to my followers and friends for being there for me, through it all!!! ♥

Please tell me that you only buried the "old negative" you, because not all of the old you needed buried. You are kind, loving, and a talented writer. So glad you are looking forward to a bright future and that little Berlyn is on the mend. Onward and upward!
